The majority of our products are made from wood. Some are hand-painted; others expose the full variety of the natural coloring and grain. Products made from natural materials vary in color. Some are lighter; others are darker. They are unique and the coloring of the items shipped might differ slightly from those pictured on our pages. We ship with FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, USPS Priority and USPS Parcel Post. USPS Parcel is used when we have very large and heavy items going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We use USPS Priority to these locations for lighter items.
USPS Priority is an estimated 3-day service inside the continental US.
The following map shows the estimated delivery times for FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery. These times are estimates. Please do not include the day a package is shipped when counting (i.e., a two day service shipped on Monday would arrive on Wednesday.) We usually ship orders within 2 business days after an order was placed.
PADiLLY's home is in Columbia, Illinois. We will add sales tax in the amount of 6.5% of the merchandise total to all orders shipped to an address within Illinois.
All merchandise is carefully inspected before it is shipped to you to ensure the highest quality possible. To report items damaged during transport, please call PADiLLY at 1-888-PADiLLY (1-888-723-4559) and have your order number handy. We will take it from there.
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of sale.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number printed on the outside of the shipping box. Please email PADiLLY to receive your number Returns@Padilly.com. We can only accept returns of unused merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We encourage you to send your return with insurance and a delivery confirmation/tracking number for your protection. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned merchandise once we receive the package and the items are inspected. If the original order qualified for free shipping and the return causes the order to fall below the required minimum for free shipping, we will deduct $5.95 from the credit. Additional adjustments might be made for any coupons or other discounts that were used, but no longer apply. Credits will be issued for merchandise only, shipping costs are non-refundable.
