Product Information
The majority of our products are made from wood. Some are hand-painted; others expose the full variety of the natural coloring and grain. Products made from natural materials vary in color. Some are lighter; others are darker. They are unique and the coloring of the items shipped might differ slightly from those pictured on our pages. Please be ensured that all products are of an exceptional quality and individual beauty.

Shipping
Orders get processed within two business days and get shipped via US Postal Service,
FedEx or UPS Ground (sorry, no PO boxes).

Currently, we only ship to locations within the US as well as all military addresses.

We offer free delivery on orders over $25.00 to locations within the 62236 ZIP Code (Columbia, IL).
We ship with FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, USPS Priority and USPS First Class.
USPS Priority is an estimated 3-day service inside the continental US.
The following map shows the estimated delivery times for FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery. These times are estimates. Please do not include the day a package is shipped when counting (i.e., a two day service shipped on Monday would arrive on Wednesday.) We usually ship orders within 2 business days after an order was placed.
Sales Tax
Padilly's home is in Columbia, Illinois. We will add sales tax in the amount of 6.25% of the merchandise total to all orders shipped to an address within Illinois.
Return Policy
All merchandise is carefully inspected before it is shipped to you to ensure the highest quality possible. To exchange items damaged during transport, please call Padilly at 1-888-PADiLLY. We will take it from there.
We also offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy. We can only accept returns of unused merchandise in its original packaging. All returns have to be insured and postage paid. Refunds can only be issued for the merchandise total excluding any shipping charges actually incurred by us. To receive detailed mailing instructions, please contact us by sending an email to Returns@Padilly.com before sending any merchandise.
