Menatea makes his mark with his bird-tipped sceptre and jagged wings. Two guards have been protecting the Oracle since ancient times. And these two unequal guards are just as ancient as this place that holds the destiny of all elves. They are probably the oldest elves ever to have lived. Menatea and Tulon. Nobody knows their age, but in this sacred place, time doesn't matter anyway. Remaining motionless for hours, to the superficial observer Menatea resembles a weathered marble statue. No blinking of his unfathomable eyes, no twitching of the muscles beneath his chalky white skin. Even his snow-white hair, the black and violet wings or the hem of his robes stonily defy the whipping winds at these dizzy heights. Menatea doesn't even have to move to force intruders to their knees. One blink of his eyes, one nod of his crow's head at his magic wand suffice and you are lost for all time.
